Experience the benefits of yoga through interactive storytelling and creative movement. Play along with instructor Angie McLaughlin from Yoga Soleil as you move through yoga sequences designed to improve motor skills, body awareness, group cooperation, and self-regulation. This class ends with a resting period for relaxation and reflection.
No registration is required. Recommended for ages 6 to 12.
