90-Second Newbery Film Festival 2016 – TACOMA SCREENING

February 20, 2016 @ 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Welcome to the fifth annual 90-Second Newbery Film Festivala yearly video contest in which kid filmmakers create weird movies that tell the entire stories of Newbery award-winning books in 90 seconds or less!

Make your FREE reservation to the TACOMA screening of this year’s 90-Second Newbery! The screening is hosted by film festival founder and children’s author James Kennedy (The Order of Odd-Fish). As with every year, the movies we’ve received are hilarious, ingenious, and inspiring! We’ll be showing movies received from Tacoma as well as all over the country.

This year, the Tacoma 90-Second Newbery will screen on Saturday, February 20 from 3-5 pm at the Tacoma Public Library. (Come early at 2:15 for the pre-show red-carpet-and-paparazzi reception!)

Admission is free! However, we recommend making a reservation to ensure admittance.
