Peter Cotton Trail: A Fun and Safe Easter Event for Kids and Families in Auburn

March 8, 2021 by Maegen Blue

Are you looking for safe and fun Easter events or other spring fun for the kids near Auburn or the rest of the South Sound? While there may not be a lot of traditional egg hunts around the greater South King County area, we think our peeps (see what I did there?) near Puyallup, Sumner, and just about everywhere nearby will love this new family event from Auburn Parks! It’s a REAL outing, too-three cheers for fun that isn’t virtual, right?

Read on for all the details on this hippity-hoppity good time!

What:

Hundreds of bunnies will be hidden throughout various parks and trails in Auburn form March 26th-28th, for the Peter Cotton Trail event, which will be held the weekend before Easter.

Grab your peeps, download a bunny scorecard, find ten bunnies, fill out your card, and enter for a chance to win some great prizes!

It’s safe, it’s FREE, and it’s perfect for all ages and everyone in the family. Plus, Auburn has a TON of amazing, family friendly trails and parks to discover, including paved options.
