Biggest parade honoring veterans west of the Mississippi!

Celebrate Nature with African Stories and Music  at the Southcenter Library Connection 3PM.
Theater Games & Stories for Kids

Family program, all ages welcome. Ages 6 and younger with adult. 11am at the Federal Way Library

In celebration of Veterans Day, Trek is offering free admission on Nov. 9,10 and 11 to all individuals who are currently serving or have honorably served in the U.S. military. Immediate family members will receive half-off general admission.

Veterans Appreciation Days at the Point Defiance Zoo

Family Saturday at the history museum

Love dressing up? Come make your own accessories inspired by historic clothing!

Family Saturdays are scheduled from 1:00-3:00 PM on the second Saturday of each month and feature hands-on activities inspired by local history. Activities are designed for children ages 4-12 but all ages are welcome!

Craft Saturday at the Job Carr Cabin Museum

Drop by Job Carr Cabin Museum for their monthly Craft Saturday event. Activities are designed for children ages 3-9 and their families. On 11/9 learn all about woven arts including spinning wool and weaving. Admission to the Museum and all events are “pay as you can.”

Lusio Lights family night at the Seymour Conservatory at Wright Park

On Nov. 8 and 9, the Conservatory will host LUSIO Lights, a curated show by artists who use light to transform the canvas of tropical plants exhibited within.

Saturday, November 9 is Family Night from 6-9 pm. Kids 12 and under FREE. Refreshments and non-alcoholic beverages will be available tickets and more info here

Family Day: Celebrate Indigenous Artists!
Sunday, November 10, 2019 11am-3PM at Fab-5 HQ
Families and children of all ages, please join us for a fun-filled day of hands-on learning led by Native American artists! Stop by or stay for the day as we celebrate Indigenous cultures and creativity – hear Lushootseed songs and stories, explore books by Native authors, and create your own treasures to take home.
