Woot! Go NOW! Apple Stores have just announced their annual, FREE technology day camps for kids 8-12. This year kids can choose from Telling Stories With Clips, Beat Making and Songwriting With Garage Band, and Coding With Sphero Robots.
If that’s all over your head (Raises hand) check out the details via the link above.
Camps are offered M/W/F or T/W/F, and I see sessions in July and into early August with your choice of morning or afternoon times.
As of now there were openings in all camps at the Tacoma Mall and Southcenter locations, but these do fill lightning fast, so don’t wait if you want in!
From the link, you’ll want to choose your state and then select your store, topic, and session.
The only downside? Your kiddos will probably be wanting some very expensive, “Toys,” at the end of their session-something to think about before you sign up! Don’t say I didn’t warn you! Also, these are relatively short, so this is a fun, enrichment option, but it isn’t going to work if you need a more full day camp.
Been before? We’d love your reviews! For more traditional camps on all kinds of topics, be sure to check our summer camp guide.
