Did you miss the first Read With A Princess event?
If so, don’t worry!
The Daffodil Princesses will be back for free events at Tacoma and Pierce County Libraries on Saturday, April 1st.
Mark your calendar now, so you don’t miss out. These are free, drop in events. Princesses from the Daffodil Festival read with children and will be glad to pose for pictures. The Princesses are chosen based on qualities like academic achievement and service to others; they’re wonderful role models and so much more than girls in pretty dresses. Read on for the complete schedule of story times with the princesses!

Tickets are also now on sale for the annual Princess Tea. This is a very special event with treats, dancing, and lots and lots of time with the princesses for your little girl. Tickets to this are 20.00, and yes, grown-ups need one as well. Readers who have gone have said it was well worth it for the memories (and the photo ops)! It does sell out every year, so don’t wait too long on this one.
The parade? It will be on April 8th, which may be the start of your spring break. You can get more information about the parades, the Queen’s Coronation, and all other Daffodil Festival events here at their website or by following the festival on Facebook.
We’ll also have some exciting giveaways coming soon for Daffodil Festival fans. Make sure you’re following us so you don’t miss out!
