Update-A quick reminder that the last Mini Maestros is TODAY, Sunday, May 21st! Yes, you can still get tickets!
Every year our readers just rave about these mini classical music shows for kids. Each show is lively and interactive-a great way to introduce kids to classical music and maybe get them thinking about playing an instrument.
The last remaining show for this year is
May 21-Peter and the Wolf 2:30PM Scheenbeck Hall on the UPS Campus Tacoma
Peter and the Wolf tells the classic story with each character represented by a different instrument or group of instruments. Isn’t that cool? There is no instrument petting zoo at this performance, but I promise it’s a special show that will be a wonderful way to introduce your children to music and just a super fun afternoon.
For more information about the Mini Maestros series, you can head here. I don’t see an online purchase option right now, but you should be able to get tickets at the door without any trouble.
Disclosure: This is a sponsored post. All opinions are my own. If you have a chance to mention SFM when you go to a Mini Maestros concert, I’d really appreciate it!
