The Halloween Carnival and Events Guide is Updated!

October 3, 2016 by Maegen Blue

Here are all our Halloween posts in one handy spot!

Update: Because it is now Halloween evening, and I think many of you are just trying to figure out where the kids can trick or treat, I will say that in my decidedly unscientific sampling of Fb friends and neighborhood groups, Most are giving out trick or treats. If you need a sure thing, there is a candy chute guide link below. Also, if you are from another part of the country, we don’t have trick or treating rules here. It’s kind of an everybody-decides-for-themselves type of thing. The unwritten rule is that kids should pass by houses with the lights off. If the porch light and the pumpkins are lit, I think they’re fair game. I’ve also noticed a lot of houses with socially distanced trick or treats to give out. Again-Just me talking. I’m not making the rules for your neighbors, or your kids! Read on for other options.

Here is our list of Halloween Events like drive-thru shows and festivals or festival alternatives. Many of these happen before Halloween. Some of them are before and on Halloween.

Here is our list of trunk or treat events on October 30th or Halloween, October 31st.

Here is our list of pumpkin patches and corn mazes!

Here is a link to the site put on by folks in and near Tacoma doing, “Candy chutes.”
