We’re previewing summer fun for kids this week, and the Kids Bowl Free program is near the top of our list!
If you’re not familiar with this program, it’s a way cool program where kids get two free games of bowling every day, all summer long. Really, there’s no catch! It’s an effort to give back to the community and provide a safe, secure, and fun way for kids to spend time this summer. And, yes, bowling alleys are trying to get some business during what would be their slower months.
Registered kids receive 2 free games of bowling every day all summer long! Some bowling alleys began the program on April 20, so no need to wait until school is out to take advantage of this awesome deal o’ fun. I’ve done this with the boys for several years at Daffodil Bowl in Puyallup. It’s always a fun option, and it’s nice to go on days when it’s too hot out, or days when you just need something to do!
When you register your kiddos, you’ll also be given the option to purchase a family pass for about $25. If you’d like to bowl along with the kids or add a babysitter, nanny, or grandma, this really is an excellent deal, but you’re in no way obligated to get the family pass in order for your kids to bowl for free. Just click the, “No thanks,” button. Keep in mind that you also may need to pay the nominal shoe rental costs when you arrive at the bowling alley. At Daffodil, it’s about 2.00 a kid.

To bowl free, you’ll need to register your family. Go to Kids Bowl Free and select the bowling alley nearest you to register. You’ll receive coupons emailed to you for free bowling! Easy peasy!
If you know parents looking for free fun for the kids this summer, be sure to pass this one on!
