Local Safeway and Albertson’s Stores
Each store’s floral department will have a ‘Kid’s Korner’, a special shopping area just for kids. Little ones can shop and pick out gifts for Mom all by themselves, all with prices ranging $15 or less. Kids can choose from specialized floral bouquets, adorable stuffed animals, and gourmet chocolates range!
A special Mother’s Day craft and activity. Win prizes for mom and snacks provided.
7:00-9:00pm at Meridian Habitat Park
Mothers and sons enjoy an evening just for you! There will be dancing, games and crafts to enjoy together! The music will be fun tunes that are appropriate for all ages and tastes. $15/couple, $6/additional son
Free admission to all Moms with one paid child admission. Open to ALL ages. A fun Cosmic Skate with lots of GLOW and fun for everyone.
Family Day at the Museum of Glass. Revel in the mastery of drawing and painting design in Chihuly Drawings and Patra Passage and design your own paper mache basket or bowl! SOTA students from Robin Jaecklein’s choreography class will perform original dances inspired by artworks currently on display in MOG galleries! Don’t forget, you can get into the museum for free on ANY day with your Tacoma Public Library pass or your Pierce County Library Pass. Half price Mom’s Day! All moms will receive half-off general admission and half-off any Deep Forest Challenge zipline course!
Local Safeway and Albertson’s Stores
Local stores will be hosting a FREE cake decorating station at every Albertsons and Safeway store in Washington. Kids can choose between giant cupcakes, or personal cakes that they can personalize with delicious colorful frosting, decorations, and snazzy sprinkles!
Stop by at 11am for pastries, snacks, fruits and drinks. A great opportunity to give Mom the morning off! Kids will create special gifts for mom and a chance to win prizes!
9:30am-11:30am, Breakfast or 11:30am-3:30pm, Buffet
Celebrate Mom at the track with a buffet, prize drawings and free family fun activities. Reservations suggested.
Mother’s Day Brunch with Georgia O’Keefe
$30 includes brunch and admission to the museum. Reservations required.

Enjoy music while you stroll through the rhody garden; food cart on site with treats. Not a super exciting place for kids, but very pretty and reasonably priced. General admission is $8; free for children under 12.
Garden tours, artists displays, tea, coffee, and scones, and live music. $5 admission, free for children under 12.
A 5 course tea where each guest will receive a special keepsake teacup. Call to make reservations!
