Indoor Park at Pen-Met Indoor Soccer Center in Gig Harbor ??? This is usually every Friday, but I don’t see an announcement. You should probably check before you go, or just have a back-up plan! Parent’s Night Out at Pump It Up in Tacoma Mention SFM when you call to sign up! Look for extra open jump sessions during winter break, too.

Holiday With Lights at Wild Waves Last days!
Visit the HCC Mast Center at Redondo The center and its touch tanks of sea critters are free and open to the public every Saturday from 10-2 *I’ll try to check on this one. Last weekend they had an unannounced holiday closure.

Play and Grow Family Storytime at the Wheelock Library
Winter Market at Windmill Gardens in Sumner
Children and all ages shows at the Pierce College Science Dome/planetarium The children’s show is legends in the sky; all ages is Back to the moon for good. Children’s show at 12:30 or 2PM; all ages at 3:15. The children’s show is shorter and interactive. Henry LOVED it. Seriously-this is a Great outing. Go! You do want to buy tickets in advance or bring cash. No cards are accepted at the door.
Olympia area
Story time at Cabela’s Outdoor themed stories in the walled tent area the first Saturday of every month 11:30AM; best for ages 4-9; children must be with a parent or grandparent
Visit the South Sound Estuarium interactive marine discovery! Open 11-4 weekends at their new location. You may want to call to confirm hours before you go.
Snowflake Event at the LOTT Wet Science Center Learn about the science of snowflakes. Video at 2PM. Snowflake crafts in the center all day. Free
Gig Harbor/Kitsap
Indoor/Outdoor Farmer’s Market a the old Peninsula Gardens site on Wollochet
Open Play at Discovery Village variety of activities included with admission 10AM-4PM
Rainbow Fish Story Time at the Kitsap Mall Barnes and Noble
Pier Into The Night With Harbor Wild Watch at Skansie Brothers Park Interact with scuba divers; learn about sea creatures 5-7PM free chowder tonight (probably go towards the early end for that). Free event!
