It’s a bird; it’s a plane-it’s your cute kid at a Superhero Party!
This event was popular with readers last year, so I thought I’d give you a heads up again. It’s a ways-off, but I know some of you have the superpower of planning ahead. I wish I did……
It’s Pierce County Parks and Recreation’s Superhero Party at the Lakewood Community Center coming October 25th from 4-6PM.
Kids are invited to dress as their favorite caped crusader, and they’ll get to enjoy special themed games, snacks, and more. Kids 5 and under need to have favorite grown-up sidekicks along, and staff tells me most parents of older kids stick around, too.
It’s 15.00 per child, which I think is reasonable. Of course, if you can’t swing it, you could try to convince one of your friends to plan one for you!
I do think this is a fun option, especially since most dress up events tend to be tilted towards the princess set. It might also work as a Halloween party alternative-if you’re needing one.

If you did this last year leave a comment and let us know what you thought!
I took my son one year and it really isn’t worth the $15 admission. It’s ok but he wasn’t too excited about it. I would pay half that maybe.
Thanks for the review!
