Well, this looks like a cozy kind of day!
If you didn’t make it to a 1.00 movie, here are a few other fun indoor, play options for kids today.
There is a special story and craft time at the Job Carr Museum in Old Town Tacoma today and every Wednesday. It’s a 1PM and features a “Nature in Your Neighborhood,” theme and bookmark making!
That one is at 11AM, and the book is the Tale of Benjamin Bunny today-one of my favorites!
Auburn readers also have special story and craft events every Wednesday from 10:30-11:30 in the White River Valley Museum by the playground. Science/magic show follows at the playground today.
And, of course, there are tons of free library haps that will keep you busy and dry. Nancy Stewart performs at the South Hill Library, the puppet show is at Steilacoom and Summit, and there are craft sessions all over. The whole schedule for today is here.
Tacoma Public Libraries have a high energy Australian show today.
And, of course, I have a whole Rainy Day play tab in the menu bar. I knew there was a reason I left it up!
If you plan to visit a spot on our Indoor Playground List, or Bounce House Guide do call and check first. Some of these fun spots have seasonal hours, and others have special camps during the summer. Mall spots should be good to go. Or, hey-think about using your free bowling coupons.
‘If you check out any of our great sponsors, be sure to tell them thanks! Oh, and don’t forget we still have a great BOGO offer (Yes,BOGO), from our sponsors at Pump it Up.
