Here’s a late addition to the calendar perfect for those of you who would like something special to do with kiddos in the evening.
It’s a Late Play Date at the Whiter River Valley Museum in Auburn. This is a cool, little museum right by the big Discovery Playground, and it’s definitely worth a visit. While it isn’t huge, the volunteers will dote on your kids, there is a fair amount for them to touch, and there are some exhibits with particular appeal to train lovers.
Thursday’s Late Play Date is a Special FREE family event.
It runs from 6-8PM, and there will be themed activities and craft stations. It’s perfect for children 3-12, and did I mention it’s Free? If you can’t make it tomorrow, they offer them every first Thursday!
For more weekday fun, be sure to check the calendar!
I also still have tickets to our reader event. It’s Friday afternoon in University Place, and it’s going to be so much fun. If you’ve been meaning to get out and meet other parents, or if you’d just like something to do during that, “Witching hour,” before dinner…well, what are you waiting for? Here’s the post with all the event details. Here’s a direct link to get your tickets (grown-ups are Free, and kids are just 5.00)!
