Kids’ Club at Michael’s Stores 2.00 per child for a 30 minute session. It’s a key chain craft today. For ages 3 and up 10AM-12

South King County
Touch tanks at HCC Mast at Redondo Free and open to the public every Saturday from 10-2 ****You can still look at the critters in the tanks, but you cannot touch them currently because of concerns over a disease that has been affecting the sea stars.
Puyallup/ Tacoma/University Place/ South Tacoma/Lakewood
Children and all ages shows at the Pierce College Science Dome/planetarium The children’s show is on Comets, Asteroids, and Meteors Children’s show at 2PM; all ages at 3:15
City Goat Christmas Tree Event! Watch the goats enjoy your old Christmas tree! 12-4; if you’d like to visit with them in the front pasture, it’s 3.00, or do the full petting zoo for 5.00 and a few bucks more for food (check in at the saloon). Zebra and pony rides also available. If you just want to watch the goats eat, that’s free.
Dupont/Lacey/Olympia
Story time at Cabela’s The first Saturday of the month, children are invited to hear outdoor themed stories in the walled tent area. Parent of grandparent must be present. 11AM
Visit the new South Sound Estuarium 10AM-3PM
Visit the LOTT Wet Science Center Free and open to the public every weekend This weekend’s presentation is on finding non toxic hair and beauty products. It starts at 1PM and is best for kids 11 and up.
Holiday activities at the Hands-on Children’s Museum A variety of holiday themed activities are included with admission. Admission isn’t cheap, but you do get a very full day of fun here.
Gig Harbor/Kitsap
First Saturday Art Walk downtown I don’t know how kid friendly this is, but I’d be interested in hearing from you if you give it a try!

Zoolights at the Point Defiance Zoo Last night!
The Fransiscan Polar Plaza is open for skating. Your best deal is to buy a family pack online or in store from Costco; 30.00 covers admission and skate rental for four Open through the 12th.
Skate at Tiffany’s Skate Inn Puyallup today from 1-5PM 7.00 admission; 1.00 regular skate rental; non skating supervising adults are always free. 2.00 Tuesdays coming soon!
Visit the new South Sound Estuarium in Olympia 10AM-3PM
