There are so many fun things to do with the kids this week!
Here are a few highlights, but be sure to check the calendar for more!
Monday Olympia area readers can choose from two showings of Mother Goose by Olympia Family Theater. These are special, short performances just for little ones, and tickets are a very reasonable 5.00!
Also on Monday, several area dentists are offering candy buy back events (my kids have almost finished their bags. Gross, I know). You can see the whole list of remaining candy buy back events here.
Our sponsors at Annie Wright School are hosting some interesting community events in the coming weeks. November 6th, you can hear a lecture “Parent to Grow Responsibility and Respect,” Tickets are a reasonable 15.00 to hear nationally recognized expert, Jody McVitte MD
Also on Wednesday, Lacey readers won’t want to miss a special performance with magician Jeff Evans. This one sounds so cute!
There are two Wimpy Kid parties at libraries this week, Tuesday in University Place and Wednesday at South Hill. These sound like lots of fun for fans of the books.
Thursday the 7th is free day for City of Tacoma residents at the Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium.
and it’s a special Westfield Family Fun Day at Southcenter with a free concert by the one and only, Caspar Babypants. Wow, right?
Friday morning I’ll have a whole list of ideas up, including events for Veterans Day. If you’d like to plan ahead, I have a list of family friendly Veteran’s Day events here, including free admission offers for members of the military. Later this week, I’ll have a special post on watching the big Veteran’s Day Parade in Auburn. Phew! This time of year starts to get full fast. Be sure to schedule plenty of fun in between all the busy!
