Burien Last year the Fountains in Burien at Town Square Plaza will be on through the end of the month.
Kent-Water features at the town square plaza Still on, and apparently they stay on until the first freeze! You can see them in the pic below. *This was last year’s info. Still working on getting confirmation for 2014.
- Metro Parks Tacoma Spraygrounds are open weekends only through the end of the month. .
- –Heritage Park Fountain On! Note that it’s Closed on Wednesdays.
- The East Bay Plaza stream runs in between the LOTT Wet Center and the Children’s Museum. It’s running now through October 15th.
If the kids are feeling brave enough for real swimming, I have a list of local swimming lakes here. I can tell you that Puget Sound was numbing yesterday, so please use extra caution this time of year.
