If a trip to pick that perfect tree is one of your family’s traditions, you’ll want to meet my newest sponsors, Pfaff’s U Cut Christmas Trees in Auburn.
It’s a wonderful choice for families looking for a tree farm with an old-fashioned, family atmosphere.
The farm has been owned and operated by the Pfaff family for generations, so you’ll be supporting a local farm with roots in the community. They are no spray/chemical free and use hand-balers, rather than gas powered machines.
The friendly folks at Pfaff’s want every family to have a beautiful, fresh tree, so you’ll find a wide selection of picture perfect trees.
For a small fee you can have your tree baled. Too much work? There is also a selection of precut trees, and you’ll know they’ve just been harvested-not like supermarket trees that may have been cut in October!
Oh, and if you like a really big tree? This is the place to go! Pfaff’s prices most of their trees by type, so you can go as big as you want!
On a budget, or just prefer a Charlie Brown tree? They also have u cut trees in the field starting at just 19.00. Just ask the staff if you need help finding them.
After you’ve picked out your tree, be sure to let the kids head into the gift shop to warm up with Santa. You’ll usually find him warming his feet by the wood burning fire. Bring along your camera to snap a free picture, and let the kids bring along their wish lists.
Treat yourself to a cocoa and a cookie while they have plenty of face time with the big guy and you browse the wreaths and other handmade gift items. Santa will make sure the kids get a free candy cane, too! That’s a lot of family fun in one trip!
Pfaff’s Old Fashioned U Cut Tree farm is located 2 miles south of Kent Kangley Road on 124th Avenue SE in the East Hill area of Kent/Auburn, making it convenient to just about anywhere. Santa will be there on Saturdays and Sundays, and they stay open the whole season!
