Summer Arts and Crafts at the South Hill Library for kids 3-6 and their parents 10AM Repeats again this evening at 6:30PM
The Moon at the Lakewood Library Learn about the moon with members of the Tacoma Astronomical Society and create your own craters. 11AM A free, all ages event. Part of the summer reading program.
Airships Event with Museum of Flight Staff at local libraries Learn about flying ships from dirgibles to blimps. At Sumner at 11 and Milton/Edgewood at 2
Mommy and Me Crafts at the Ben Franklin in Bonney Lake Moms and preschool age (and younger) children are invited for crafts and social time. 5.00 Arrive between 10 and 11;ends by 11:30; drop ins welcome if space is available.
It’s 1.00 day at the Starplex in Federal Way (tickets are just 2.00 other days)
Passport to Imagination at Michael’s stores Travel themed craft program begins today. Tuesdays-Thursdays 1-4 China themed craft today
Touch Tanks at the Pier in Gig Harbor at Jersich Dock/Skansie Park Before the concert, check out touch tanks with volunteers with Harbor Wild Watch. 5-8:30PM
Reptile Isle Show in Lacey at 6:30 PM Part of the Children’s Summer Entertainment Series
Wednesday
Sing Along with Harmonica Pocket The kindie entertainers will celebrate Woody Guthrie (This Land is Your Land…) with a sing along for kids 2-8. 10:30 at the Parkland/Spanaway Library or 2:30 at South Hill
Tot Time at Learning Sprout Toys in Tacoma 10:30AM Call or check their fb page to confirm.
Meet and Greet with the Moms Club of Sumner/Bonney Lake at Rainier View Park in Sumner Been wanting to make some new mom pals, or find some new playmates for your little one? Liberty is a regular SFM reader, and she’d like to extend a special invitation to you. The event is form 11-1. The theme is red, white, and blue, and there will be cupcakes, a bike and scooter parade, and crafts. You can email her for more info. at maizeydaizey@hotmail.com
Mommy and Me Fitness Class at Elev8te Fitness in Tacoma I haven’t been here or tried this, but reader Corey sent in a note that she takes her whole crew weekly and has a blast
