Foothills Dash Fun,flat run on the Foothills Trail through Orting 5K and 10K; Kids 1mile Day of event registration is 20.00 for the 5K and 10K and 5.00 for the 1 mile. T-shirts are 15.00 while supplies last.
Family Activities at PCL Libraries It’s a 2nd Saturday, which means free, family activities at most branches in the system. Highlights include a Geek Dad event in Lakewood, a magic show in Key Center, and several free movies. The link will take you to all the activities suitable for families. Do note that a few require registration.
Crafts at Michaels Make a t-shirt tote bag from 1-3 or a yarn doll from 3-5. For kids 3 and up. Free with required supply purchase
Family Day at the Museum of Glass Make a shamrock pin with artist Jennifer Adams 1-4PM. Family Days are the second Saturday of the month and feature special all ages activities. I believe you should still be able to use the free library passes for admission, but I don’t know for sure. Let me know if you do!
Ethnic Celebration in Lacey 10AM-7PM at St.Martin’s University Celebrate cultures from around the world. Free entertainment, informational booths, and crafts for kids. Food and crafts also for sale. Thanks to Sara of South Puget Sound Macaroni Kid.
Water Weekends with HCC Mast at Redondo Every Saturday visit the center for free and get up close with sea critters in their touch tanks.
Visit the LOTT Wet science center in Olympia
