This weekend is shaping up to be a big one for free, family fun!
I want to highlight a few of those free events for you and the kids so you can plan ahead. One of our favorites is the Ethnic Celebration coming up in Lacey Saturday the 11th.
This is a new date for this FREE event which is a celebration of cultures with entertainment, hands-on activities, and more! What a great way for your kids to learn more about people and customs from around the world. You will want to bring some cash for food vendors, but everything else is my very favorite price :)! Here are the rest of the details:
Sat. ● Mar. 11 ● 10:00 am – 6:00 pm
Saint Martin’s Marcus Pavilion
Savor the sights and sounds of the world without leaving Lacey! Share the cultures of our community at the Ethnic Celebration. This year will be bigger than ever as we bring the world to you. Enjoy music and dance presentations on three stages by local and regional performing arts groups. Learn about various world traditions through demonstrations and displays. Sample the flavors and art of the world with our diverse food and craft vendors. Bring the kids for hands on crafts! This is an event designed for the whole family. For a schedule of events head here!
Disclosure: We are proud to have a publicity partnership with Lacey Parks and Rec, and we’d be delighted if you mentioned Sounds Fun Mom when you go to any of their events! I was not compensated for this post.
