You can get more information here.

If you want, you can visit the site to sign up for a fast pass, and you can download some coupons if you really want to stock up! These sales have both first run and, “Scratch and dent,” Scholastic items, and they’re a great way to stock your kids’ library or pick up titles for your favorite teacher.

These are officially only for teachers, school employees, book fair volunteers, and home schoolers. I have never, ever been asked for any kind of identification, but if you feel funny about this, sign up as a home schooler, or grab one of your teacher pals. Or, do like I do, and volunteer at the book fair (It’s soooo much easier than field day!). I haven’t shopped one of these in a while, because we are soooo loaded up on books. If you have, and you want to leave any tips, please do!

I have shopped this sale 2x and love it! I am not an educator, officially (I am a mom though!). Our book stock pile is packed with books from this sale. I also buy for friends and my mom (who is a teacher) who live out of state. I have never been turned away or asked for ID (except when paying using a credit card). The employees at the warehouse in Auburn are so nice and just excited to have everyone come. I think there are even signs that it’s open to the public, but I’m not sure. Its a great deal!!!
